Ditto. In the case of the Commerce Clause, three is ample evidence to suggest that Congress does not even suspect there is a Constitution prohibiting nearly all farming, energy, housing, education, health and finance legislation on the books today.

The oath of Congress is clear: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

Therefore, it is entirely possible to seek judicial relief against any member of Congress on a claim of civil damages where such unconstitutional action on their part violated their oath of office.

Since most of the corruption regarding the Constitution is grounded in spending taxpayer monies, anybody who actually pays taxes would have standing in such cause of action.

Solving this problem should be fairly easy with an unlimited bank account account and a lot of lawyers on the payroll. However, folks in this position are called lobbyists who would not shoot the golden goose that got them both of these things.
